Hi I'm Heather and my aim is to bring your body inner peace and enhance your  wellbeing.

I'm a fully qualified professional and offer Holistic Massage, Anatomy & Physiology treatments to my clients.  My therapy room is based in Croydon and I also do home visits within a 15 mile radius of  CR0.

I'm a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT) & the Complementary Therapists Association (CThA) & I am fully insured with ABT so you can be sure you are in the hands of a true professional.

My therapies include Swedish, Thai Foot, Indian Head, Hot Stone Therapy, Manual Lymphatic Drainage and Seated Acupressure.

With the knowledge and appreciation of how the mind and body interact to create a balance, each treatment I offer can be tailored specifically to meet your individual needs.
